Facts N range:
- Use: in turning for finishing and roughing operations
- Is mounted directly into the machine spindle Morse taper and supplied with a draw-off nut because of the higher tailstock forces used with this design of face driver (Sizes 4 to 6 are available with Morse taper shanks, depending on the facedriver size)
- However this is also available for flange mounting which gives higher stability and rigidity during driving. Suitable for spindle noses 6” to 11”
- This face driver has a driving range varying from 24 to 146 mm
- Can drive workpieces from 78 kg up to 560 kg
- The pressure equilization on the driving pins is by means of hydraulic oil which permits a 7° angle of the end face of the workpiece or a 7.5 mm axial difference between the individual driving pins
