Mori Seiki Co.Ltd, Nagoya, Japan and the company Sandvik signed on 31. January 2008 the contract for taking over the business of Tobler SAS, France, which was part of the Sandvik Tooling business area. Tobler has operations in Louvres, France and produces precision mandrels and clamping solutions.
